The Full Experience
This comprehensive package includes 2 prenatal visits to discuss birth preferences and labor coping techniques, 24/7 text and email support, 24/7 on-call from 38-42 weeks, continuous physical support during active labor, 2 hours of immediate postpartum and lactation support, and 1 postpartum visit.

Labor Support
For repeat and homebirth clients who have a strong handle on birth preferences and coping techniques. This includes 1 virtual prenatal visit, 24/7 text and email support, 24/7 on-call from 38-42 weeks, continuous physical support during active labor, 2 hours of immediate postpartum and lactation support, and 1 postpartum visit.

Birth Planning
Maybe you’d prefer to have just your partner present with you at birth? I get it! This package includes 2 prenatal visits to discuss birth options and preferences as well as plenty of hands-on practice on positioning and labor coping techniques.

Virtual Labor Support
Priced per hour, this is a great option for those who do not need full-time doula support but want some help coping during labor and guidance on when to go to the hospital or birthing center. Available as an add-on to the Birth Planning package as needed.
